100% recommend the women’s boxer fit classes. They are so much fun, Kenny is so inspirational and the group of women are amazing. The workout is hard but your having so much fun the hour goes by in a blink. Excellent all around.

Amazing gym and Amazing group. Welcoming, inclusive, all age groups and body size. From knowledge to practice helpful every step of the way. Jag and Kenny both have huge Hearts and are the nicest tough guys you will ever meet. Thank you for the time and support.

I live in Vancouver and go boxing. I always hoped there would be a boxing club when Im in Prince George as I visit at least once a month. So happy for InnerCity Boxing, amazing club ran by some great humans. High energy and positive attitude. Really recommend the women's boxerfit classes! Finally nice to see a boxing club for all boxing levels. Whether your local or out of town, definitely the place to catch a good sweat!

Such welcoming gym. Kenny and Jag are amazing coaches, so supporting and positive. I've been coming to women's boxerfit since January this year back to back and definitely don't plan on going anywhere else. They touch on the physical and mental aspects of boxing and pushing yourself to do better. The growth I have had since coming to Inner City isn't just in myself and my boxing it's in my other sports too. Chef's kiss, they do amazing 100/10 recommend these guys ❤️❤️

Amazing! Joined Women's only Boxerfit a year ago and my life changed for the better. Kenny and Jag are amazing coaches and the classes are a great workout in such a supportive environment. Everybody is encouraged to do their best no matter where they are coming from, very beginner friendly. And the music is poppin! 10/10 recommend all my friends to come and try it out!
