Ritchie's kickboxing gym is truly exceptional! I've had the pleasure of being part of this fantastic community, and I can't say enough good things about it. The gym environment is outstanding - you'll feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door. The camaraderie and positive vibes from everyone there are truly notable. Ritchie and his team are top-notch. They provide unwavering support and patience to all their members. I can still vividly remember the sense of accomplishment that came with every class, despite the initial muscle pain! The kickboxing classes at this gym are nothing short of fantastic. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, you'll find the training beneficial and enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about it! Thank you, Ritchie, and the entire team, for creating such an incredible place for people to train and learn. If you're looking for a welcoming and motivating gym, this is the one!

I've been kickboxing and lifting here for almost two years now and it is now the best part of my day. Ritchie and Michael have cultivated an amazing community of positive people here. This is a gym where you can learn to throw a punch, lift some weights, and meet some really great people. Ritchie is always enthusiastic when he teaches, and he has a vast depth of fighting knowledge that he shares with his students. Michael is an amazing fitness coach as well, with cutting edge Kinesiology wisdom to help you improve your health and fitness. If you're looking to bash some heads in, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for self improvement, friendly people, and an amazing challenge, come on in!

Great place for kickboxing and jiujitsu. Ritchie and Michael are amazing instructors, they have great energy! Definitely recommend this studio for anyone at any skill level. It's a great place to learn and have fun while improving your technique and getting a good sweat!

Great place! Great energy! Super friendly instructors.This is my first time trying kickboxing, it's been tough but with Ritchie and the team here it's been an amazing experience and also everyone is very patient with newcomers. Diverse group classes, everyone is friendly to each other. Perfect for a beginner. Nice and clean environment, conveniently located and the class hours fit perfectly with my work schedule. It has everything I need for a workout and also super close to my house.

The best BJJ and kickboxing gym in BC! Ritchie is very welcoming to new people. He always takes time to answer questions and has a very step by step approach to teaching. His classes are welcoming to students of all levels. He is a very safe teacher so don't worry about getting injured while learning. He will look after you. 10/10 I would recommend.
