Everything was down to the studs, paid $1000 to have them do the pre-plumbing. They knew ½" drywall was being used, and also had the shower fixtures and tile that was being used. Yet the guy made the connections WAY too short ! (over an inch too short !) His solution for me, was to cut THREE 6" x 6" holes thru the wall (that were already waterproofed !) and shim out the plumbing by an inch.. I had to reschedule my surgery (that I had waited 2 years for) in order to finish the job so the tenants could move in on time. Not a single apology from the plumber when he finally came to fix it 3 days later, nor a call back from the office. Will never be using indoor elements again 👎

We had a service call on a really cold day as our furnace stopped blowing hot air. The tech was thorough and made sure he checked everything, along with giving advice for future ways to avoid the same issue. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent! Needed a furnace replacement right before Christmas during a cold snap. The guys who did the work were amazing. They were efficient, tidy, and explained everything I needed to know. Also, they ensured all the warranty paperwork was done for me. Will definitely use these guys again In the future.

Recently had a furnace installed by indoor elements after having furnace issues, their prices were very competitive compared with other venders in the city, They were very knowledgeable and did a great job installing everything and were very professional the entire time and answered all my questions and then some. Would recommend them for all your furnace and Machanic needs. Happy with the service provided so far.
