I had never done pilates before taking Electra’s classes and they so quickly became my favourite thing EVER. She makes all of her routines fun and challenging, uplifts us all throughout the workout, and has created such a warm, welcoming space for all of us to move our bodies. Plus, her music never misses. Inspire is one of the best things that has come to PA in a long time!!

I never thought I’d enjoy pilates class the way I do with Electra’s classes! They are high energy and she is such a sweet soul! She is encouraging and fun! I love the meditation at the beginning of the class and the good stretches before we dive into the high energy workouts, and her music is always bang on! These pilates classes work muscles you never knew you had and I love that they strengthen my core and glutes! I highly suggest you try one of Electra’s classes at In-Spire Pilates 🫶🏼 it’s a really good addiction! The atmosphere is a highly positive and inviting place to be !

Electra at In-spire Pilates is absolutely amazing! She brings the most positive energy and so much expertise to every class. Her sessions are the perfect mix of challenging and fun — we always leave feeling accomplished, a little stronger, and yes… delightfully sore! The atmosphere she creates makes you actually look forward to your workouts, and there’s never a class that doesn’t end with big smiles. If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, do yourself a favour and check out one of her classes. You won’t regret it!

This Pilates class is extremely unique. It is high-energy without being high-impact. Electra is a fantastic teacher who brings big heart to her instructing. Absolutely love the grounding meditation before and after class.
