I think these guys are doing something illegal. They fixed a broken exhaust on my car and charged $315 which I paid. I requested for an invoice and Herman told me that he was going to send it that same day to my email. I called him several times after that day to send me the invoice as I needed it for documentation. He kept giving me flimsy excuses and promising and not providing the invoice for almost 2 weeks. I had to eventually visit there physically and with no apologies, he printed an invoice that contained no information and handed to me. I requested for a proper invoice that had all my details and that of my vehicle and the lady there told me that they don’t issue an invoice for exhaust repair. I don’t know what they mean by that. I think everybody going here should request their invoice for every repair, just in case there’s something shady or they tryna hide something.

I found this mechanic shop via Google for my out-of-province inspection. After my first transaction, I decided this shop would be my one-stop solution for all my cars' needs. Harman and his team are very honest, polite, reasonable, knowledgeable, patient, and show attention to detail. What else does a customer expect from their mechanic? Kept my car for 3 weeks still couldn’t find the problem, changed parts that didn’t need to be changed and charged $1200 just to not fix the issue. On top of that they drove my car around without asking.do not take your car here there are many better places

This is an honest review of my experience. I called this shop two days before and again the day of to confirm pricing and availability for transmission service on my F-150, giving my exact truck specs which they asked for on the phone so they could be accurate. Both times I was quoted $75 for a drain/refill, $120–130 for a filter change with refill (labour only, using my fluid), and $170 for spark plugs, with engine and cabin filters included free. I confirmed that I’ll get the transmission service plus the filters done for now and book another appointment for next week for the rest of the stuff When I arrived, the desk person had no record of me and instead said it was $120 just for labour, plus quoted me $230 for the filter and gasket and $350+ total. After wasting 1.5 hours, I only got a $25 tire swap done. They did apologize, but the lack of consistency and clarity in their pricing left me disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this family-owned auto mechanic shop! They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful in their work. They repaired the damage caused by my previous mechanic of 15 years with skill and precision. I am very thankful that my friend recommended these guys to me. They truly know their stuff and have earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommend!
