Disappointing. After reading these great reviews and receiving a recommendation from the vestibular association in the US, I decided to book an appointment with Roland online. Unfortunately, something went wrong and I ended up seeing a different practitioner who was very little help. He didn't even have me repeat the problematic movements that sent me there in the first place. I left not knowing the cause of the problem. The appointment was on time. The "treatment" was clean, tidy and very basic. The female in reception from Kintec was friendly and helpful, in fact, I'll probably return for shoes. They have a great selection! Masks were worn by all.

Roland is by far, hands down, just the best! I always joke that if I was a millionaire, I'd have him on payroll full time. He knows what he's doing, he's absolutely personable, and no matter what, you'll feel at ease with him.

Small shoulder problems, BIG help! Roly is a personable , thorough practitioner! This is the first physio experience for me and he went above and beyond in helping me including giving me sounds d advice, direction and a letter for a doctor for another injury. 5 Stars for In Balance!

We tried one of the bigger chains and it was not a great experience. Roly does a great job with my 12 year old son. His examinations are very thorough and he does a great job in communicating what he discovers. My son really likes Roly and the one on one time makes a big difference. The results are noticeable.
