I’ve been going to this place for years now and I’m always so thankful for their professional and caring ways. I’ve had haircuts by many of the stylists at the salon and I always leave happy. I had a hair mishap with another stylist but it was rectified and I still left satisfied (it’s a funny story now 😆) I understand things happen. I have also had facials with Maryam and I left feeling so refreshed. I love this place and recommend it if you’re looking for a salon in poco. :-)

Got my hair cut with Kay. Came in without a photo for an example. I explained to her my lifestyle, that Im low maintenance etc. She asked me some questions to get clear on what i wanted. She did a great job cutting my hair, exactly what I was hoping for. I will be back to see Kay again!

This was the WORST haircut I've ever gotten! It looks nothing like the picture I showed her! Not only did she cut it WAY too short, (I asked for shoulder-length, and she gave me chin length), after I washed and styled it at home I had to have my husband trim the longer pieces that she missed! I hate my hair and I am incredibly upset! I've had better haircuts at Great-Clips! Thankfully I can still put it in a ponytale because that's how I will be wearing my hair for the next month! Educate your stylists!!!

I’ve seen Phoebe twice now, once for a cut and once for highlights, and I’m very happy with it. She did a great job! She’s friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and took the time to understand what I wanted. Highly recommend her!

Terrible haircut. I just wanted a trim and the stylist made everything infront of my ear about 4 inches shorter than the rest of my hair and has random long pieces she didnt cut evenly. I think she tried to do layers and didnt know how to. I would never go back. I was in a rush and could only book a junior stylist. I called to make sure she would be okay, and they assured me she would. Not sure why they would risk a potential new client having the worst experience. She also couldn't blow dry or style hair.
