This is my second time having them to look at my toilet/kitchen. Albin and Jordan came to fix a very severe 😅 toilet clog this time. I’m saying severe because the first machine they brought wasn’t enough, so they went back to bring another one they even took out the toilet and made sure the job was done properly. They explained the situation clearly, even showed me pictures of the cause, and also checked the garburator for me too. Their thorough work and friendly attitude made the whole experience really reassuring. Highly recommend.

Darryl from Impetus plumbing had done shower faucet replacement for my bathroom. He did an excellent job from start to finish and clean up perfectly. First impression from Darryl was he sent me a text message on service day before he arrive. After he arrived, he review work order, listen my questions patiently and provide suggestions from his strong knowledge in plumbing industry. I highly recommend Darryl and Impetus plumbing to people, need to resolve plumbing issue.

I had Alvin come over to come and unclog my shower drain. He did a very thorough job and improved the flow by a lot. I also really appreciated his explanations and his overall professionalism. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

I had an issue with my toilet and called Impetus. Alvin came over and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was professional, thorough, and super helpful!! He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and most importantly left the space spotless which I’ve never had the experience of with previous plumbers. I’d absolutely call Impetus again and 10/10 recommend him to others!
