This was my first time at Iman beauty, 100% will recommend. She did such a great job with my hair. She also had some good recommendations for proper hair care. Just make sure to clarify the location. Google seems to be displaying the wrong address.

Wow! That is all I can say. My girls have thick, curly hair, and I never thought I would see the day when they can enjoy sleek, straight hair. The protein straightening was a long process but well worth it! Their hair even got a bit of a lighter tint during the process. They are beyond happy, and so am I! Before I begin sharing my experience, I want to emphasize that my intention is not to criticize or bring down Iman's business. I simply wish to provide feedback to the community for those seeking a haircut. I visited Iman for a haircut, hoping to have my hair thinned out as it felt very heavy. We agreed to maintain my current hairstyle without adding layers, and she would focus on trimming the damaged ends. During the haircut, I noticed that Iman seemed to struggle with cutting my hair, and it appeared that she was using scissors more suited for cutting paper. After the haircut, I wasn't given the opportunity to assess the result or offered a mirror to see the back of my hair. Instead, I was ushered towards the payment. When I got into the car and inspected my hair cut, I was horrified by how my hair cut looked like it was done by someone who never cut anyone's hair before. I went back to her place and Iman claimed that my hair was simply too thick to manage. While I understand that everyone has their limitations, I have never encountered a situation where a hairstylist deemed my hair unsuitable for cutting. I believe it's essential for professionals to use appropriate tools and communicate openly with clients about any challenges or their lack of skills. I requested a partial refund, acknowledging that Iman did her best within her abilities. However, I wanted to share my experience to inform others who may be considering her services. I appreciate that Iman was receptive to my feedback, and I hope this message serves as constructive criticism for improvement.
