Settled in the 19k room bathroom is very bad, AC in the room is super weak and electricity cuts from 12pm till 6 pm, during the day the generator breaks down a lot and the noise it makes is very annoying, the cleaning crew doesn't work or clean well, also bathroom doesn't have a handheld bidet sprayer, the room have spot lights that makes headache or gets me fainted because of the colors they use strong white and strong blue, finally at 12 am there's a gate at the hood that they close until morning wich is something important to know

Very decent place to stay near Ikeja. Their prices are very pocket friendly.

Poor service all the pictures / video on the internet the internet it not real the place need renovation very dusty need deep cleaning bad services delivery low class hotel not even 1 star I paid N12,000 but I don't use it due to the standard of the room is not international standard hotel is for short time international guest the ikeja central hotel is not for you

I missed my flight and had look for any hotel around to pass night for a day or two. My Cab Driver suggested this hotel and took me there. The hotel is in a central good Neighbor no doubt, but the clealiness and rooms are dirty and dusty. The hallway are all filled with dust as if it has never been swept for months. Very bad odor oozing every where without care from the management. The persons at the reception are the worst, they are rude, impolite and careless about customers. The only customer they appear friendly with are the ones that appear to be their friends and regular lodgers within the area.

Really poor experience. The staff were nice and friendly and that’s as far as it went. I booked the hotel because it’s close to the airport and I wanted to avoid rush hour traffic from island Now about the hotel - No lifts available. I stayed on the second floor and had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs with assistance. The price is affordable 👍🏾 but for a presidential suite I should expect towels, working shower, clean sofa, satellite TV with good signal, clean environment in general, I definitely expect secured doors, working sockets, clean bug free bed. (The doors looked like he had been kicked open before but not properly repaired) Would not be visiting again and would strongly encourage the hotel to use this review to make amends.

Stable electricity, TV experience is cool, room is sizeable and AC works fine. Customer service is just average. Bathroom is in bad condition. Electricity ports would make you think your don blow. The location doesn't feel friendly at night too. No complementary breakfast.
