Such an amazing experience. The instructor was so friendly. We were a crowd of all ages. I dont have any yoga experience but didnt feel out of place at all. The group had beginners and more experienced people. First timer tip: dont take big sips of water or else you might feel sick (advice that was given to me before the class by other members) 😊. Everyone was so polite and this is a great place to start your yoga adventure! 🙏🏼

Wonderful studio with friendly instructors and a calm, clean space. Classes are always enjoyable, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

The studio itself is nice, but I won’t be returning due to an unfortunate experience with the owner, Julie. I’m new to both yoga and the area, and had signed up for the discovery month to explore this local studio. During one class, I had an unavoidable commitment and needed to leave a few minutes early. I made sure to sit near the door to minimize any disruption. However, as I was quietly exiting, Julie—who was teaching the class—called me out in front of everyone, repeatedly labeling me as “disrespectful” and telling me not to attend at all if I couldn’t stay for the full session. At no point before or during the class was this expectation communicated. While I understand that instructors may have preferences about class flow, there are more respectful and constructive ways to address this—especially with new students. Everyone has tough days, but it’s important not to take that out on clients. Based on this interaction, I sadly cannot recommend the studio.

Beautiful studio, looks fully renovation and super clean. Front desk staff super friendly. Efficient locker room. Out of respect I’m not going to name drop, but the saturday morning “Pilates fit” class instructor is very disrespectful. Discussing inappropriate topics out loud as everyone is settled on their mats and stretching (ex: personal finances and missing chunks of pay at another yoga studio), felt highly uncomfortable. Then she’s blasting music and I politely advised her I’m having trouble hearing her (despite being super far from the speakers even) and she rudely responds that during this class the volume is going to remain loud. I regularly go to several idolem studios and everyone is whispering and being so respectful of eachother and the yoga culture/environment. It was 11am and I felt the most negative energy and I had to leave 10 mins into the class. An actual shame for real
