I got a cut and highlights by Delaine and it was the best salon experience I’ve ever had! My hair is very long and thick, but Delaine was super patient and took the time to ensure my highlights were high quality and blended into my natural hair colour. Delaine is such a lovely person to talk to and I recommend her for any hair cut or colouring service.

I was gifted a gift certificate from an incredibly special woman who is no longer with us. She told me to go see Fima he is amazing with hair he’s like a magician, he will know what colour will suit you best. He will make you feel beautiful again. And she was 100% correct about that, I showed Fima a picture of what I wanted and he made the cut look even better. He asked me what colour I wanted to dye my hair and I said I would leave it to him and he chose the perfect colours for me. I hadn’t done anything to my hair in such a long time and going to Identity was such an amazing and luxurious experience. I have to say I loved and enjoyed listening to the way Fima and his staff interact and how they all laugh together. That’s a tell tale sign that everyone loves working there. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Fima knows what he’s doing. I was struggling with my makeup looking right (I’m getting to hair in a minute ;)) - nothing was looking good despite trying all kinds of warm and cool tones. Fima took one look at my hair and knew he needed to take my very brassy yellow blonde, to ash. I absolutely LOVE what he did! And the cut is also stunning. He also accommodated my challenging schedule. I’m extremely pleased with my choice to try Fima and Identity! (And finally my makeup is looking good again!).

Just got a balayage from Bhavika here and it turned out amazing! She's very kind and incredibly talented! This is my first time getting my hair done by Bhavika but it definitely won't be the last. Love my hair and loved the overall experience!
