pleasant cheerful staff, had a small filling redone, I asked if it needed to be froze , Dr Tait said we could try without , was so gentle absolutely no pain! Improved my dental health immensely, regular cleaning, good solid advice on flossing , water pic , night gaurd! would highly recommend this office !

The staff here are incredibly friendly. They got both me and my mom in for appointments. I have sensitive teeth and they are aways careful and understanding when I flinch. They explain things and give options. Going here not so worried about going to a dentist.

I've seen Dr. Tait now twice, and both times I've found her very professional. I've had a traumatic experience in the past with dentists in Saskatoon, so I'm a nervous patient now and slow to trust the industry, but I feel Dr. Tait actually cares about her patients and gives them the best treatment & options. I've never felt that she up-sells or pushes anything unnecessary. I was truly looking for a good, kind hearted and ethical dentist, and I feel she is. Her staff are also very kind. I didn't feel judged at all, despite coming in before with emotional upset because of my previous traumatic experiences at the Saskatoon dentists, and today with stained teeth. She answered all my questions and concerns with no judgment; she was just very supportive. I'm starting to feel safer and less threatened at the dentist now.

All of the staff are friendly and know you all. Every time when I have an appointment I do not even have to state my name. I’m so happy that they are my dentist

We have had great experiences with Icon dental. Our main purpose was seeking myofunctional therapy for our daughter before and after a tongue tie release. Ysanne is her therapist and has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and has a good understanding of connecting with our 12 year old. My husband, myself and my daughter ended up also going there for our routine check ups and cleaning. Great front office staff as well, very kind, friendly and patient especially when making and changing multiple appointments. Would highly recommend this dental office and specially Ysanne if you need myofunctional therapy!
