Harmony is absolutely amazing. I have been hesitant but wanted eyebrows forever. My daughter recommended her and I booked my virtual consultation. Right from the first time I spoke with Harmony I felt comfortable and confident with her. Just completed my appointment getting the hybrid eyebrows and I can’t even put into words how much I love them. Best decision I finally made and with the right person. So natural looking. Definitely will recommend Harmony to friends and family.

I had my permanent makeup hybrid brows done by Harmony at Ice and Ink and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I had been considering permanent makeup for years and was understandably nervous, but I’m so thankful I finally bit the bullet. Harmony immediately put me at ease with her calm, professional, and welcoming presence. She is incredibly talented, kind, and meticulous, and it’s clear she is an expert in her field. She takes the time to thoroughly explain expectations, how to prepare beforehand, what to expect immediately after, and the expectations during the healing process, which made me feel informed and confident every step of the way. Her studio is immaculate, sterile, and very high-end, and she’s also so easy to chat with, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I left feeling confident, reassured, and beyond happy with my decision. Well worth every penny and absolutely worth the visit. I would highly recommend Harmony to anyone considering permanent makeup.

I’ve recently developed allergies and after a rough spring of runny eyes, leaving my mascara and eyeliner a real mess every single day, I finally decided to try PMU eyeliner. Best decision ever!! I love the wake up and go freedom it has given me! Harmony came highly recommended to me, and I would recommend her every single time!! 5⭐️’s is not enough!! :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Touch-Up Perfection! Just had my brow touch-up with Harmony at Ink & Ice and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly precise, gentle, and truly cares about perfecting every detail.
