Hot water tank gave out and Ian came the next day to replace it. I was charged exactly what he quoted over the phone and he communicated well throughout. Excellent experience.

Ian was able to attend to our AC the day after I called him. He was knowledgeable, efficient and he had the AC fixed within 15 minutes. I will definitely call him to fix any future heating, cooling, gas or plumbing concerns.

Needed a gas fitter on very short notice. Called Ian and within an hour he was connecting the gas to our new stove. Can't t ask for better service than that but he still helped me move my old stove out to my garage. On a personal level, he's a great guy to chat with. Highly recommend!

Ian was referred to me by a coworker. I called Ian about 10:30am because my hot water tank failed. He asked for some pics which I sent. Lucky for me he was able to change his schedule and arrived around 2:30 with a new tank. He was very professional. Explained what he would do and gave me a price before he started. I authorized him to proceed and away he went. He arrived prepared with everything he needed, he protected my floors and the job was done very professionally, even when it got pass 5:00 he didn’t rush to get the job done he made sure it was done right. Ian is very polite, knowledgeable and professional, I will be calling him for all my plumbing, heating and gas needs and I highly recommend you do too.
