My mother needed winter tires mounted and balanced and they installed the tires very quickly and informed me on needing brakes in the near future. The receptionist and both the mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend ians auto.

Very disappointed with my service. They refused to check the fuse of my seat warmer. They couldnt find the problem with my heater, which was the entire reason for my visit. I was told one part needed replacing on my side door and was quoted a price higher than I intended on paying but agreed. Once the job was finished was told it was a couple hundred more because they needed to replace two parts. The receptionist yelled at me and informed me that they were doing me a favor multiple times. She also told me that she was doing my mother in law a favor because she referred me. I decided to go with this mechanic because I felt over charged at my last one because the bill was always $2000 when I went in. But this place charged me almost $1000, they only fixed one problem and not even the one I came in for. At least at the other place I left with a completely fixed vehicle and a thank you for your service. Not a guilty trip and an attitude of "be grateful with did anything". Think I will be going back to the old mechanic in future.

I took my Scion TC for a re-occurring rear brake problem. I took it 3 times for the same rear brake problem within 2.5 years. The problem was that both rear brake calipers on both left and right side kept seizing. Luckily i didn't give up on Ian's Auto and kept coming back until they resolved the problem. A dishonest shop would have kept charging me for a re-occurring problem. But nope, Ian's Auto took the initiative and not charge me for parts and labour for the 2nd and 3rd time. They only charged me for changing out the brake fluid as I specifically requested it. As this was the only thing not done for the re-occurring brake problem. Thanks Ian's Auto for being professional and honest and owning up to your work. And also Beata for being accommodating and patient to all her customers needs. It's nice and refreshing to see a shop run it's business with this type of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. As it is rare to see in this industry.

Aug 2025 My boss, Moreno, had a frustrating start to summer when the air conditioning in his Hyundai Tucson gave out. He took it to Ian's Auto, where they promptly refilled the coolant. Unfortunately, the issue returned within a week. But here's where the service truly shined. Moreno brought the car back, and Tien—the owner—personally inspected it on the spot. He quickly diagnosed it as an intermittent electrical issue. No delays, no runaround. Tien worked his magic right then and there, and incredibly, didn’t charge a cent for the follow-up fix. Since then, the Tucson has been running cool and comfortable, even through the hottest days. No hassles, no fuss—just honest, efficient service. That kind of care and integrity is rare these days. You know honest, affordable, and skilled auto repairs are hard to find. Two months ago, brake oil was dripping to the floor. My sister-in-law suggested visiting Ian’s Auto Repair. Jimmy and Tien quickly diagnosed the problem, a leak in the brake line. They did not have a special tool to replace the brake line and suggested I take the car to a Hyundai dealer. Jimmy topped up the brake fluid reservoir so I could safely drive for several more days. Then came the bill . . . $0! Fast forward to today. Drive over bumps and occasionally hear clunking sounds from the back. Thinking there may be excessive clearance in a joint due to wear or it might be a loose nut on the strut, or a shrunken, dried-out rubber. This time Jimmy and Ben quickly diagnosed the issue, the exhaust was bumping against the trailer hitch! Not easy to find intermittent problems. Then came the bill . . . $0! Speak to Bia who is the woman who knows what is going on, for planning, coordination, and friendly customer service. Let's hope they keep up the good work and keep improving. I highly recommend them and will be back!

I've already recommended this place to my friends. My BMW mechanic put me on to Tien at Ian's Auto. Always dubious of mechanics, Tien assured me he'd search out the problem and give me a play by play of what the problem might be. After diagnosing it they gave me a date to pick it up, when I arrived it wasn't quite ready but they took care of me while they finished off the repair. From start to finish, all the staff I've met there have given me top rate service. My Jeep is all the better thanks to Tien and Ian's Auto.
