Made an appointment for 11am. Got there and was informed tha the stylist I booked with was not going to be there today as they were attending an event. No courtesy call to let me know. Won't be going back.

He was a kind man, kind enough that even his scissors seemed polite. I told him what I wanted. He nodded like a student who definitely did not understand what I want. I tried again. He got frustrated. I got nervous. My hair got… experimental. One heroic final snip later, my front hair leapt forward like surprise bangs auditioning for a teen drama. Everything collapsed. Months of growth gone in a single plot twist. I walked out smiling because he was nice and didn’t talk. Then I walked straight into another salon to fix the damage. In the end, it wasn’t his fault. It was mine, for expecting Michelangelo from a man who specializes in lawn‑mower trims. He’s nice, popular, and cheap - an unbeatable trio. So despite the accidental baby‑bangs and the emotional damage, I’m still giving him five stars. Some tragedies are personal - it's hair, it'll grow again, but kindness is universal.

Took my toddler for a haircut with Alex after previous failed attempts at other salons and I am so satisfied with our visit. He really is great with kids and got my son to sit still, not cry, and actually enjoy his cut! He took his time warming up to him and getting him used to the clippers and blow dryer. We will definitely be coming back from here on out. Thanks again Alex!

I was quite surprised that my son, who is only eighteen months old, did not cry throughout the haircut. Eric was exceptionally skilled with children and kept the toddler engaged. I certainly enjoy this haircut place; it has become our new favorite.
