Friendly and efficient service! I came in for piercing removals for an upcoming medical procedure. The tools used and careful attention to preserving my jewelry made this a pleasant experience. It was quick and painless, and definitely worth the time and money to leave it to the professionals.

Absolutely amazing. Dee helped me with a nostril piercing I got done somewhere else. I needed a consultation to see if it was done right and she let me know that I need antibiotics ASAP and to get the piercing taken out eventually. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The consultation was also free! I will definitely be coming to I-Kandy to get my nostril piercing redone. Thank you Dee! 🫶

I’ve had all my tattoos and piercings done at iKandy and they’ve always been nothing but the best! Everyone who works here is amazing, so helpful and professional, and I’ve never had an issue. Spike and Benny, I got much love for you. Benny is the best and I’m always stoked on every tattoo he does for me. Highly recommend iKandy to anyone looking to get something done. I’m so thankful for this shop and these people and I would never go anywhere else. ❤️

Went in on January 14th to get 7 pieces of jewelry removed and since I was getting an mri, I was offered bioflex earrings which are safe for mris so I informed the piercer I would like to purchase 3 bioflex earrings, one for each of my 3 forward helix piercings. The part she left out was that the bioflex earrings fall out super easily and so all of the beads fell out within 2 days of getting them put in. I was charged over $130 for the jewelry and I was also charged for each one to be put in which I also wasn't informed of. I was willing go let that go as I was happy for the suggestion of the bioflex earrings but had I known how horribly they stay in, I never would have purchased them. So I was completely taken advantage of by this establishment. I went elsewhere to get new earrings and to have them all put in for me for only $80 which is way more reasonable and the piercer there said i should have been informed that the buoflex tennds to fall out before i decided to purchase them. I called to let ikandy know i was not happy with the earrings and all I was told was sometimes earrings fall out, never offered any sort of refund or credit just said they would replace the earrings. Well forgive me for not wanting piece of crap earrings replaced. I will never be back here and will be telling anyone that asks to steer clear of this place who like to charge astronomical prices. Response to owner reply. First of all, it was impossible for you to have quoted me for inserts as when I had booked the appointment with you, I only ever said I wanted removals. Not once did I ever mention I wanted jewelry put back in and I had no intention of having any jewelry put in for me until the piercer had offered it. Secondly, YOU never told me the bioflex fell out easily. The person who told me that was the piercer I went to to get this mess fixed and to get proper jewelry put it. That piercer was the one who told me bioflex earrings tend to fall out easily. So when your piercer asked me if I wanted her to change the bioflex out for me the next day, I declined because I assumed it was like normal jewelry and would stay in for more than 2 days :) but I was never informed by anyone at your establishment of the fact that the bioflex easily falls out. So essentially I paid $60 to have you guys insert earrings that proceeded to fall out less than 48 hours which is ridiculous. So you guys may not lie but you definitely leave important information out in order to get more money from people so if that is how you do business that is great. Good luck keeping clients, especially with your insane prices. I tried to calling you with these issues which you dismissed so now I have left a review. I would have been happy with a credit to purchase different jewelry from your place or a refund for the inserts but you didn't want to do either of those things. Its unfortunate because I used to love this place but since it is under the current management, it has gone way downhill and I have heard that from multiple people now. I wish you the best of luck in the future but I will never be coming back here.

Literally just got my forearm done by Benny. Sitting in a chair as he tattoos my father as I’m typing this. I-Kandy has an amazing environment to get tattooed in. The decor, the artists, and the music ensure a comfortable experience for the client. As for Benny himself, his ability to tattoo and keep his clients entertained/engaged during the tattoo is unmatched. Benny is fantastic at what he does no matter the style. We talked throughout the whole process and made sure I got a break when he could see I was feeling it a little too much. Benny is an amazing tattoo artist in an amazing shop
