There is so much we don't know and understand about alternative health treatments, but thanks to places like this, we are fortunate to have access to them! The pressure in the OxygenSpa created an otherworldly state of being that seemed to push out the distractions the world and bring a sense of calm and mindfulness. While we didn't spend time there, we took a peek at the Salt Chamber, which looked warm and inviting, especially in the middle of winter! The Red Light Therapy also looks really interesting. I recommend checking this place out! We're lucky to have this in our city!

I have been coming here since 2019. It heals. Oxygen is good for our body. I always come here on empty stomach. Do my stretching and breathing exercises. Drink oxygenated water. I feel more energetic. It's good for anyone not specific to any health problems. It's preventive maintenance. It's also very reasonably priced. Last but not the least I feel so blessed to have such a facility in Edmonton where I make a special visit just for this. God bless the owners.

I've been looking for this type of service for 2 years in Calgary. Finally a hyperbaric option for the wellness community. My brother is using it to speed up healing on an injury and I joined for two sessions and feel great! John and staff are ultra friendly and explain everything to the finest detail. This will be a regular stop on my trips to Edmonton.

I had a truly beautiful and healing experience at Hyperbaric Health & Spa. I purchased a package that included four hyperbaric oxygen sessions, one salt chamber session, and one red light therapy session. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm, clean, and deeply relaxing. Everything is very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, making me feel safe and supported throughout my visits. Beyond the physical benefits, this experience touched me on a deeper level. I’ve been sleeping better after almost a year of very poor sleep due to a difficult personal journey while caring for my late husband. These sessions allowed my body and mind to finally slow down and rest. The red light therapy helped with inflammation and muscle discomfort, and the overall experience brought a sense of peace and balance that I truly needed. I went with a friend, which made it even more special and comforting. Taking care of your health is essential, and this spa truly offers a space for healing, relaxation, and renewal. I am very grateful for this experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to invest in their well-being.

We had a great experience with a work group for Christmas. We did 2 hours in the Hyperbaric chamber and 45 minutes in the Halo salt room. Felt super relaxed afterwards. They had a lot of comfort extras, like water, coffee, blankets, a washroom in the chamber. I am pregnant in my 3rd trimester and felt really good during and afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone who is appropriate to enjoy these session!
