Went in for a consult prior to services to get grey blending done. Had 8 months of grey grown out and specifically asked for a Demi for a soft grow out. She did not use a Demi there was zero grey blending done. I have a hard decarmation line of regrowth and lost my 8months of grow out I had. Don’t say you can grey blend when you can’t. Further more she was doing my hair and took another client inbetween and the haircut I got was horrible, half of my hair had layers cut while the other side didn’t. Such poor quality and lack of skill set.

I’ve been seeing Cory Nowicki for all of my hair needs since 2017. She is amazing at her craft and truly gets my hair. I’ve also been doing the Cezanne smoothing treatment for awhile but they didn’t quite get all the frizz out of my hair. Since she had started doing the hair Botox treatment, she suggested I try that one because it could work better. I did because I completely trust her guidance and holy smokes..this one was a game changer for me. No more frizz..gone..completely and my hair still has its wavy curly pattern but it just looks so much healthier and nicer. Soft and the texture is silky now. Cory also does amazing coppers and blondes, as I’ve been different incarnations of those colours over the years. Love her!!

I started going to the salon almost a year ago. I selected the salon for a couple of reasons including their acknowledgement of Lekwungen Land. Cory's skills in colour correction and fixing a bad hair cut is amazing. I had a bad colour and cut from a "professional" hair stylist at another hair salon. Professional hair stylist and friendly environment. Great earth-conscious hair product options.

First time with Mandy and she's amazing! Love my cut and so happy with the service I received. The salon has a very warm, friendly atmosphere and there's lots of products to choose from. Hunt and Gather is now my go-to salon; it's a very welcoming environment and all the staff are super friendly. I've had cuts by Travis and Jessi, and I recommend both! In addition, I booked Jessi to do my wedding up-do, and it was so perfect; it held all day and I never once had to worry about how my hair was holding up. I got so many compliments! She came to my residence and was on time and 100% prepared, and communication leading up to the day was quick and thorough. Thank you so much!
