October 27th 2025 8am A houle electric service staff just literally left my apartment he fixed my upstairs light switch in a matter of minutes I'm very pleased and he's a fantastic conversationalist brightened my morning Fantastic service 👏 Thank you so much Sincerely Shauna Simmonds

We had an outstanding experience with Houle Electric and their electrician, Spencer. He went above and beyond to get the job done at Canadian Blood Services in Victoria, working efficiently and professionally to ensure we could open our clinic on time. His commitment to helping us meet our deadline was impressive and to top it all off, Spencer decided to become a first time blood donor while he was here! We are incredibly grateful for his excellent work and generous spirit. We could not be happier with the service we received today!

Just had two different electricians do some work for me, 5 days apart. Both were friendly and seem to have done great work. Be aware though, that not only will you be charged for their travel time to your home (which is fine), the company will levy a $29.00 "Truck Charge". What is that you ask? It's a total cash grab. They want you to pay them $29.00 for bringing their tools to your home in their truck (!!!!), for a service you are already paying them for. So I basically handed over $60.00 for them to just show up with the tools of their trade. If it weren't for this absolute rip off, my review would be much higher. Times are tough right now, and this is a cash grab on the part of Houle.
