I had such a great experience with Alex! He was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment he arrived, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could understand. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed quickly! I really appreciate his professionalism and how smooth the whole process was. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done!

Shane was my electrician today. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He provided me with excellent explanations of what he was doing and provided more affordable alternatives to some of my ideas that will work extremely well at meeting my needs. After a bit of searching I found a bunch of recommendations for Houle and I couldn't have been happier to find them! Shane was the electrician that were assigned and I will absolutely be requesting him again in the future. He was kind, courteous, punctual and talked me through what he was doing. Although we didn’t end up getting a bathroom fan installed because it turned out we didn’t need one to meet code, Shane went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He gave me the option of canceling the job without charging me anything. His honesty was completely appreciated. I definitely know who to call the next time I require electrical work!!

I am more than happy with the service I received. First time using Houle and I will keep returning to them for service in the foreseeable future. Shane N was my service electrician who quickly fixed my power issues, repaired some previously poor installations, and assisted in addressing future power needs. In today’s world, service and quality are hard to find, and I appreciate Shane and Houle delivering on both. Thank you!
