TLDR: Don't hesitate, call Taylor!! We woke up to a cold home and no hot water. I checked our NTI Boiler and saw an error code. I did some research online to see what the issue could be and what would need to be done to resolve it. I contacted a certified NTI tech in my area but he was unable to provide the service himself as he was fully booked out. Luckily, he was a true professional and said he would provide me a reference for someone I should definitely call. Seconds later, I got a text with Taylor's info. I quickly googled the business and saw his 5-star reputation on google, giving me additional confidence in the reference. I called Taylor and was blown away at how professional, and informed he was of the problem and what would be done to fix it. His ability to educate me totally removed the stress I was feeling. He was about an hour+ away from our home but was still able to squeeze us in into what I am sure was already a very busy schedule. He gave me a quote over the phone which I found to be reasonable. Because of all of this, I had VERY HIGH expectations...and he ultimately exceeded WAY past them!! He arrived ready to tackle the job -- he laid out blankets and had shoe covers to keep the entire work area clean and had all the tools required. I was actually interested in learning more about the boiler system and had TONS of random questions -- he answered them all and then some (all while working continuously)! Before he began, he simply asked me a few questions about ANY issues/concerns my family and I had with "comfort" in the home with regard to temperature/how the system works/performs. I was a bit taken back because yes, we did have "minor issues" we had just accepted. I was glad he asked, because its our first home with in-floor heating so we just assumed this is just how the system works. He made clarifications and now I'm well informed about what should/shouldn't be our experience with our heating system. With this information now in-hand, he not only fixed the actual problem I had initally called about but also addressed other issues + additional issues he noticed with the system (unrelated to what i called about or what I communicated to him about)!! And again, he had all the tools and knowledge to solving all of it!! This may sound wierd but it was also nice to share some laughs too along the way -- I share this because Taylor's incredibly humble given his knowledge and expertise!! He's clearly a man of great character and care!! He throughly inspected everything, and with great attention to detail. I was amazed watching him work. He performed preventative maintenance on THE ENTIRE HEATING SYSTEM, cleaning and checking everything, making system adjustments for our comfort. He also ensured each thermostat/zone in the home was communicating either the boiler. Taylor's diligence and attention to detail is WAY BEYOND 5-star service. He's not just about "getting a job done"; but actually taking care of the customer's entire system. He understands the importance and impact of what it means to be comfortable in your own home. This service call was an eye-opener for me -- as I didn't even realize this until I saw all that he did to dial the system in to meet our comfort needs, while also making sure the system is more performant!! At the end of the vist, I asked Taylor for the invoice and it was EXACTLY what he had quoted over the phone, not a penny more. He spent a good amount of time working on the entire system, with non-stop attention to detail, making careful and calculated decisions. He operated like a world class surgeon, just incredible precision from start to end! This whole experience has been a blessing in disguise. My entire family had amazing sleep and woke up to great comfort no matter what room we go to. We've loved living in our home for 4+years but it has never felt THIS consistently comfortable across the whole home!! I truly can't thank Taylor enough!! I actually made a calendar reminder to call him for regular maintenance. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

We had the pleasure of working with Taylor on our bathroom Renovation in our Chilliwack Townhouse. He installed a new shower, Toilet and Vanity for us. He went above and beyond our expectations in all of the finishing touches and got the installation done in a timely manner. He had fantastic communication every step of the way and we are very thrilled with the end result.. I would absolutely call Taylor again for any job required. 10/10

I can’t say enough positive things about Taylor! He was prompt, polite, efficient and found the complex problem in my kitchen pipes. I highly recommend Taylor for his plumbing expertise. Thank you for a job well done and I will definitely call you should I have any other plumbing issues.
