I cannot say enough good things about this company. They recently completed a full furnace and heat pump installation for us, along with replacing all of the plumbing throughout our home, and the experience was A+ from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely organized. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the process and the decisions being made. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and it was obvious they take a lot of pride in what they do. What really stood out was their reliability and attention to detail. They showed up when they said they would, kept the worksite clean, and ensured everything was done properly and efficiently. The new system works perfectly, and we have complete confidence in the plumbing and mechanical work they performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled professionals who deliver exceptional results. Truly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had.

Had an issue with my Gas Hot Water Tank after Fortis replaced my Gas Meter. They, the Fortis subcontractor, could not light up the pilot on my Gas tank and they suggested that I have the Tank Gas Control Valve Replaced as they think the Valve got shut when they turned OFF the Gas and now the Valve was not Opening Up. Called Jaffer and he had 2 of his employees come over very promptly. They were very courteous and professional. They soon checked out the issue and figured out the problem and were able to fix and resolve the issue with my Hot Water Tank and got it working in no time. They also Serviced my Furnace at the same time on my request. They gave me lots of good advise and Tips to service and maintain my system. I would highly recommend them if you have any Heating and Plumbing work to be done. Exceptional Professional Service....

My heat had stopped working and I called Jeff. I was so happy and pleased that Jeff and his son came early the next morning to solve the heating problem. They were so quick and efficient that my house instantly warmed up. I am so grateful for Jeff and his son to take time out of their busy schedule to help me fix the issue. They provided excellent service and were very friendly. I recommend them for all your furnace and heating issues. Absolutely the best!

I first worked with Jaffer’s team back in 2019 when our water tank stopped working. Out of all the plumbers I contacted, Jaffer was the only one who took the time to ask questions and help troubleshoot the issue—just in case it was something simple like a tripped breaker. Then he and his team came by to take a proper look. Most others would’ve jumped at the chance to sell a new water tank without even checking. Since then, I’ve called on Apple Plumbing several times to help with various plumbing issues. They always show up with smiles on their faces and take the time to explain things clearly and kindly. I highly recommend the Apple Plumbing team—they’re honest, helpful, and a pleasure to work with!
