This is the best mechanics shop I’ve ever worked with! They go above and beyond, are clear about pricing and even helped me out without charging me extra for a little patch job on some damage I had. Fantastic owner, amazing staff, and always professional service. They are more than willing to provide expert advice before performing any work. During my visit, they inspected my vehicle and identified potential issues; without charging me, they recommended specialized shops for a second opinion. While I was getting my oil changed, I witnessed the front desk attendant assisting an elderly gentleman who was confused and demanding unnecessary repairs. She was incredibly patient and professional, explaining that the work wasn't required and that it would be unethical to charge him for unnecessary services. I am happy to have found this shop right here in Airdrie. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

I had the engine seals on my F-150 replaced here on January 31, 2025 for about $2,700. A few months later the seals failed, but the shop did redo the work under warranty in July 2025, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, as of January 2026 the seals have failed yet again. I was in the shop today and Honest Auto reps said it would not be covered under warranty because i've driven over 20k km since jan 2025. This is now the second time the same repair has failed within a year, which makes me question whether the issue was diagnosed correctly or whether there are workmanship or parts-quality concerns. At this point, I don’t feel I should be paying again for the same recurring problem that hasn’t been properly resolved. I’m hoping the shop will stand behind their work, but I wanted to share my experience so far for others to be aware. Edit - I understand how warranties work. My concern is that the warranty period is being calculated from my visit in January rather than from the date when your team replaced the part, which is unfair from a customer perspective. I hope this helps clarify my position.

Amazing service as always!best prices for services and parts in the area! My tail light was broken and needed a replacement. Audi quoted me over 1000 dollars for the light alone, ! The team was able to source one for a fraction of the price and were able to install it last minute! Highly recommended shop, especially if you have a german vehicle. Never any BS, truly “Honest” and go above and beyond Thanks again!
