Can’t recommend Surg and his team enough. We’ve had many issues related to our roof that many other companies couldn’t solve. Home Star came within hours of me reaching out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it within hours. I’m extremely pleased with the urgency and service they provided. Highly recommend.

Serge showed up with the crew punctually. They removed a significant amount of snow and ice from the roof while protecting the windows, AC etc from being damaged by falling ice. They also cleaned the removed ice and snow around the house. Most importantly the crew worked very safely using fall protection. Great job for a reasonable price!

Serhiy and his father from Homestar Roofing did an amazing job! They replaced the roof, installed new gutters with leaf guards, and completed the fascia work. Everything was done professionally, on schedule, and with great attention to detail. They were honest, easy to communicate with, and left the property clean after the job. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I would highly recommend Homestar Roofing to anyone looking for reliable roofing and gutter work.

Sergiy and Andrey saved me from a roofing scammer , Optima Roofing who tried to get more money from me for work that they probably will not do. Beware of this guy, Josh. HomeStars gave me a reasonable price for replacement of my roof. The team came very early and covered the driveway and all over my property so as to protect and catch debris .They were very professional. They did what was written on the contract. I can thank them enough for a job well done. I will not hesitate to recommend them for their excellent job!!!

In February 2025 we had a roof leak after multiple heavy snow storms (for context we have a split level duplex midtown Toronto with 2 flat roofs). Andriy from Home Star Roofing came promptly even in freezing conditions and stopped the leak within hours. We had additional issues with water drainage and Andriy and Sergey came up with some creative ways to resolve our problems. We had them replace both of our roofs, add additional drainage gutters which should remove the pulling of water that was happening on one of our roofs. They also installed black corrugated metal paneling on the wall that was impacted by the water drainage the most, in order to protect the brick structure of the house. Not only does this solution seem practical but it also ended up looking great. I would recommend this company to everyone as Andiry and Sergei are professional, punctual and the quality of their works speaks for itself
