I came in with a French nail inspiration photo and asked for a specific base color. Instead of being upfront that they didn’t have the color, the technician kept showing me alternatives and going back and forth rather than saying they did not have it. Communication was difficult due to poor English and she raised her voice and got upset with me which was frustrating. During the service, nail polish was left all over my hands and when I asked for it to be cleaned, she refused and I was told it would “come off eventually.” That is not acceptable after paying for a professional service. I had to ask another staff who apologized on her behalf and was kind enough to remove it. What upset me most were repeated comments about my lips being swollen. I explained that I recently had a procedure, yet the technician continued to comment and laugh about it. That felt inappropriate and disrespectful. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here for years. Holly and her staff take care of me, as well as my mom and sisters hair & nails. Appreciate her consistency, never have left her salon unsatisfied. Book with Holly or her team today, she will look out for you! Thank you so much

Edit: the owner reached out and I returned today and they fixed everything up beautifully 100% recommended, was served hot green tea, offered candy, and talked about life Holly's is the best!! Lovely experience, lovely ladies and atmosphere! Was my first time ever getting my nails done and I find myself disappointed.. my right hand thumb had an acrylic blob hanging off the side, and it just looked nothing like what I requested. I wish they would have told me my idea wouldn't work, then I could have picked something they can do

I gave it one star but I really mean to give no stars. Terrible place. First, I got a haircut and it was completely uneven. I went back to get it fixed and the second time around it was OK. I also got my eyelashes darkened, but unfortunately I couldn’t see that it’s darker neither did my friends or family. I also got a pedicure, which would’ve been fine if they didn’t wrap my painted nails in a plastic wrap before they dried and sent me home. I got home, took off the wrap, and unfortunately, all my nails were ruined. I will never go there again obviously and I strongly suggest that neither should anyone else. I’m extremely disappointed and very upset. I wasted a lot of money and that’s never good.

Very friendly staff but do NOT get your eyelash extensions done here! The way they practice is horrible and I honestly wonder if they’re all certified to do lashes. They did a new full hybrid set in 45 which was already a red flag. Just after a couple days parts of my eyes/upper waterline started to hurt to the point Id have to remove the extensions. Removed them to see 2-5 of my NATURAL lashes in each fan with a huge chunk of glue attached. I dont know how they make them look good but its damaging to your natural lashes. In the picture is my 5 eyelashes in the fan🥲
