I've been coming to see Dr. Ansel for a few appointments now and it's crazy how much better I've been feeling. This is the best I've felt in a long time. He explains everything so well and gets to the root of the problem instead of a quick crack and sending you on your way. All of the staff are so nice and friendly, overall just a very good experience

Dr Updegrove was fantastic, he explained everything thoroughly to me and asked lots of lifestyle questions that made me even realize things about myself. His wife (I didn’t catch her name) was also so sweet. She ran some tests on me and was so helpful and explained everything very well. I’m already feeling better after one trip and looking forward to seeing them again! Thank you

I have been here a few times recently for chiropractor treatments with dr. Ansel. He is awesome to work with very knowledgeable in what he does, he has helped me out lots with major back problems. Also recently got a massage with Sherly Compalas, she might be a smaller women but is really strong and awesome at what she does, did some good stretches for my back and loosened up some very tight muscles. 10 outta 10 would recommend this place.

Cindy is one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. I suffer from multiple different issues and Cindy uses multiple techniques on me like graston.cupping . She is very skillful with her hands as well provides deep massage where needed and always works out the knots that are bothering me. I always feel fantastic after seeing her. She makes me feel so relaxed while I couldn't recommend this massage therapist enough.. she is the best!

I had such a wonderful experience with my massage today! Cindy was incredibly professional and attentive, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and receiving the treatment I needed. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and lighter — exactly what I needed as I have been feeling so achy and sore. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking a session here!
