Marc stopped by with same-day notice and repaired my leaky toilet allowing for me to sleep gracefully without noise. I provided the part, it was a tricky repair because the bolt to replace was behind the toilet in a hard-to-reach spot, but Marc was very resourceful and was able to replace the entire piece quickly and efficiently. Marc was friendly, quick, responsive, and explained the entire process simply. He was patient during the repair despite me having another contractor in the house for another service.

Hillcrest has saved us a few times! Booking was quick and easy (same day for an emergency issue and next day for non-urgent) and they’ve always been so friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and showed me some basic fixes if I ever run into trouble again, which was so helpful! Nobody has time for surprise plumbing issues, but they resolved everything as quickly and painlessly as possible. Highly recommend!
