It's my 1st experience with them & I tell you I'm satisfied with their professionalism from the receptionist, to dental staff as well as the dentist. They are nice, kind & honest. After going to few dentists in Aldergrove (near to Aldergrove police & Starbucks Fraser Station), I was wondering if it still exists a honest & trustful dentist who takes care of your teeth instead of how much left in your yearly insurance & I'm glad that I've found this dentist office. Hopefully, my experience with them in the future will be the same as today. If so, this dental is strongly recommended.

This appointment was just to update my exrays for my dental plan. They were very thorough. Oh and also moved my appointment an hour ahead. We've been going to this office since 2020 and have always been impressed with their service. We now live in Mission and still like to come here. Thank you for the consist great service.

It was my first time at this clinic, and I went in for a cleaning and a first exam a few weeks ago. During the cleaning, the hygienist was flossing my teeth and pulled my lingual wire off. She then called the dentist in, and they essentially laughed it off and said that this happens all the time and that it would be best for me to get a removable retainer. The dentist examined the wire and noticed that it was bent and could not be put back on. They mentioned that I should check with the front desk about getting a removable retainer and see how much my plan would cover. The next day, I called the office because I felt this situation was unacceptable, especially since it was the hygienist who pulled my wire off. I was told that I would have to pay for the removable retainer. I then spoke with the manager, Hannah, and she mentioned that she needed to speak with the hygienist and the dentist before moving forward with getting the replacement wire put back on. She also told me that they do not offer replacement lingual wires at their office. I made it clear to her that I would not wear a removable retainer and that I wanted my lingual wire put back in. The following day, I received a message stating that they would replace the lingual wire at no charge, but that another scan would be needed. I went in for the scan, which took about 10 minutes. After the scan, I was told that my appointment to get my retainer would only take about 5 minutes. This confused me because I had been told that they were doing a replacement lingual wire, and I did not understand how that would only take 5 minutes. When I arrived for my appointment, I was given a removable retainer that I had already stated I did not want. On top of that, I was still required to go up to the front counter and pay money because they said lab fees were not covered. Overall, this was not a great first-time experience, and I have attached the text messages below showing that they agreed to replace the lingual wire and what I got in

I’ve had such a great experience here! The team has an excellent bedside manner and is always very friendly and professional. They’re clear about what they’re doing every step of the way and never try to push unnecessary treatments. Pricing is always explained upfront, and they double-check everything with you before moving forward. Their work is excellent. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!
