We had a great time today at our couples massage at Hidden Jem. Everyone we chatted with when we first walked in and throughout our visit was lovely 😊 Massage itself was amazing and very relaxing! Would definitely visit again!

2 stars for the relaxing atmosphere (mostly the calm spa music) and the nice/understanding esthetician. Lasted about 10 minutes into the hydrafacial before I just couldn't do it anymore with the amount of product dripping down my face into my ears and hair I felt like I was getting drowned and the machine didn't seem like it was working correctly or the esthetician isn't comfortable using it because some areas there was way more suction compared to other areas and they kept having to adjust the machine every few seconds. I left with 2 large red lines across my forehead(looks like someone left tire marks). The front desk lady was nice to me in the beginning until I walked out after I had asked to stop the facial then she became short and snipy with me, nagging me for an explanation to which I said "It was an uncomfortable experience and the machine wasn't gliding smoothly as it should and there was way too much product going everywhere. She then responded with "well I still don't understand" extremely rudely! Also why is there a dog in a spa that is supposed to be a clean and sterile area for treatments? I will never be returning considering I left feeling uglier then I did before, it was a very stressful overstimulating experience.

My daughter and I each got our nails done today and we love them!! Nail art included and it was a great price! We are so happy will be back also Lisa and Courtney at the front desk and amazing!!
