Had these guys out to replace my main water shut off valve. The old one was seized, so I had to coordinate with the city to have the water shut off. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and had it swapped out in no time. Clean solder joints, solid workmanship, and everything was left tidy. Exactly how it should be done. On the Border plumbing came out and took a look at a problem we were having with our furnace. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and best of all affordable! They came diagnosed, installed/cleaned and gone in 45mins and only charged $160. The furnace is running the best it ever has now. The first company we had come in said it's a waste of time servicing a 15 yr old furnace and wanted to replace the whole thing. On the border, without them knowing the previous conversation with that company thought the opposite, they said it was smart to service the furnace because it is only 15 yrs old and that feels genuine and honest, I appreciate and love that.
