We had a fabulous experience with Terry. We called late on a wintery Saturday afternoon as we had lost cold water to our kitchen. Within an hour, Terry was at our home, and after some analysis identified the likely issue. He then proceeded to advise of his proposed solution and after our agreement he quickly efficiently and expertly addressed the issue. Throughout his visit to our home, Terry was friendly and communicative. We feel assured that the issue has been fully resolved and would have no hesitation using him again and referring him to our neighbours/friends.
