Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and spoke to a male staff member who told me to come in within 15 minutes for a haircut as he was free. I arrived in 10 minutes, and when I walked in, the same guy told me to sit in the chair since there were no clients. A few minutes later, a white customer walked in. A female staff member (possibly the owner) instructed the barber to take him first, saying he had called earlier, even though the barber knew and explained that I was the one who called first. At that point, I did not get the haircut and walked out, as I didn’t want to argue or create a scene. The situation made me feel singled out and disrespected, and honestly, it felt like racial bias. I want to be clear that I’ve never had any issues with the male employees here — they have always provided good service in the past. This incident, however, was unacceptable. I was a regular customer, but after this experience, I will not return and will also advise my friends not to go. Respect and fairness matters, and this was lacking here.

The quality of service with Bani is amazing.The waxing was thorough, gentle, and surprisingly comfortable. Everything was done with so much care and professionalism. When it came to my hair, the attention to detail was incredible. I left with exactly what I asked for—actually, even better! What really sets this salon apart is the warmth and skill behind it. You can tell there’s real passion in every service that Bani does. She is not only talented but also genuinely cares about making clients feel confident and cared for. I have been coming to her the past 4-5 years.

I have been to this location two times, once with Michael and once with Pawan, and they both gave me the BEST haircuts I've ever gotten! Exactly what I asked for and more, and at FANTASTIC prices! I have never been happier to get my hair cut!

Absolutely amazing haircut! Called 10 minutes before and they got me right in, Bani was fantastic and this a fabulous job on my very thick hair. I highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back!!

I had a fantastic haircut experience with Rohit. He was professional and very detail-oriented. I got a skin fade, and he did it with great precision and care. The salon has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful interior decoration and relaxing music. The washroom is accessible, with automatic buttons to open and close the door—great for people with disabilities. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the service is truly 5-star. I will definitely come back to this salon again!
