Connor and Rafael did an excellent job of replacing our Poly B plumbing, with careful attention to keeping wall and ceiling holes to a minimum. A free quote, competitive cost, and timely communication regarding the initial scheduling and ongoing work were also much appreciated.

Conner completed a new hot water tank and furnace service at a rental property of mine yesterday and did an excellent job. Connor and Rafael installed a new hot water tank in my residence today and again did an exceptional job. I am super happy with all aspects of these two jobs. They did everything on time and left the spaces perfectly clean.

Excellent! Pride of workmanship evident. Talented plumbers. The entire team that worked at our house were exceptional. Mathew, Connor and Rafael worked incredibly hard on replacing our PVC plumbing from the curb an through our entire house. It was a tricky, difficult job and we expected it to be far more complicated than they ended up making it. Connor spent the most time on our job and was skilled with the backhoe and all aspects of plumbing. Minimally invasive in terms of wall repair. They kept us informed - wonderful group. Highly recommend.

Wow. Wow. And .... dare I say, WOW! Matt and the team are fantastic. My landlord was using them for a bunch of projects around the house and boy was i happy with the way his team treated my home, my mother who had 3 strokes and worked around my hectic schedule. They say behind every great man, is an amazing woman, well I hope its not TMI (too much information) but I had the pleasure in my own business to be invited to Matt's home without us knowing we had already met, its no surpise they have a 5 stat reputation, not only is there his amazing partner but his fmaily full of daughter are nothing less then spectacular, not only talented but with manners that could only come from royalty. If you're looking for a company that treats you like family, there's no other choice but to use this fmaily owned and operated busienss. They have hvac, plumbing and even air and water treatment options that reflect their own values, and ones that they use in their own home! I was given the name of HELP Plumbing by my neighbor who was very happy with their service. She was right! Connor and Jullien just finished a 2-day job replacing my Poly B and they were professional, friendly and did excellent work, even cleaning up at the end. Not only that, but their price was by far the best of my quotes. I thank them and would highly recommend their services.

I used this company recently to remove my Poly B plumbing and the job they did was beyond my expectations. The price that Matthew quoted was very reasonable compared to other companies. First class work by Connor and Jamie in replacing all my pipes throughout and installing new taps throughout also. They cleaned up upon completion and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Definitely recommend this company.
