The best vet I have ever visited. The reception team is friendly, accommodating and supportive. We got in very quick even though we were new patients! Easy transfer of her files from VCA. The vet I saw was phenomenal (Dr. Turner), by far the best vet I have ever gone to. After years of going to VCA, I will never go back to them. This vet was accommodating, they understood all of the possible risks and issues with my senior kitty. I felt respected, understood and felt like I was an actual human rather than a quota (like at VCA). Thank you for helping with my cat's care, I finally have some answers and a few ideas for her chronic conditions. When the time comes to say goodbye, I know I'll keep coming here with my other animals and future ones! Thank you. ❤️

They refused care to my sick cat as I cannot locate her health records from another vet. She’s chipped which would guarantee her vaccinations as she wouldn’t be chipped without them. I was disgusted they wouldn’t even provide emergency care or any advice, other than “call around, I’m sure someone will take her”. Awful

The doctors are always gentle and loving to my dog. They are thorough with the health of the dogs. Appointment are reminded beforehand and are always on time unless there is an emergency. The front staff are courteous. They have a good selection of food.

Called this morning to see if they could see my dog for an eye infection (our usual clinic is closed until Tuesday). Was told that they can't see my dog until we provide his records from his clinic (a clinic that is closed). I asked what would happen if he didn't have any records and was told that they would need to discuss with the vet. I asked if I could speak with their vet to see if this is urgent and was told they are too busy. Completely lacking compassion. As a human, you could go to a walk in clinic for something as simple like an eye infection. Or even a pharmacy. Not sure what you're supposed to do if your vet is closed. The person on the phone was completely lacking any understanding that an animal may be suffering or needs care.
