Kate was my hairstylist and this was the second time she has cut my hair. She did an amazing job both times! She really takes her time styling your hair at the end.

My hairstylist is Sean. I went for a down perm and haircut, and he did an amazing job. I decided to try him after reading all the reviews, and indeed the experience was just as good as everyone mentioned. If you’re looking for a true K-pop artist–style haircut, you should definitely get your hair done by Sean — he knows exactly how to achieve the look. His service is top-notch, and he’s extremely detailed and precise. Highly recommended.

I choice this salon for a haircut based on Google reviews and a recommendation from a friend who hadn't actually been tgere himself ( I suspect he also relied on Google). I went in fully confindent that everything would turn out well, especially given my previous experience at a Korean salon in another country. Unfortunately, the result was completely disappointing. I explained that I wanted a long bob care haircut, showed photos, asked for layers to add volume. For some reason, the stylist only cut the back of my head. Despite my repeated request to trim front, he nodded but keep cuttingthe back shorter and shorter. What I ended up with is nothing like what I requested: my hair doesn't lay properly, no volume, it's looks horrible. I tried to style my hair but nothing helps. Now I just have to for my hair to grow longer. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this salon.

I’ve been to a number of well-reviewed and high-end salons around the city, but I’ve never been this happy and satisfied with a haircut until now. Ms. Bella Kim truly nailed it. She quickly understood what I wanted and delivered it with such precision and care. Her attention to detail and the way she made sure I felt comfortable throughout really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend her to others!

I got a straight perm from Sean at Hello Hair in December last year. I had been stressed out about my hair being frizzy and brittle all my life, but after getting my hair done by Sean, my hair got better. The store and parking lot were spacious and comfortable. I love my new hair.:) Thank you so much!!!
