I came in today to relace a lost ear piercing and felt very welcome as I was discussing exactly what I wanted, settling on a small titanium click-hoop that’s perfect for what I was looking for. Extremely welcoming people and when I’m back around town if I were to get more piercings I’d happily come back.

I brought my daughter in yesterday to get a piercing fixed. She ended up with extra holes in her ears while at a friends house. The staff at Helix were all amazing to deal with, they were patient with her and very professional while explaining to her the issues. They pulled out the “at home piercings” and pierced them properly with proper jewellery. Have definitely found our new place for all piercings and am so thankful we were referred to Helix!!

If I could give this business a 0 I would. So incredibly disappointing to arrive for an appointment to be denied service because I didn’t purchase the earring ( purchased one previously from them ) from them and they wouldn’t put it in for me. They need to have that CLAUSE on their website. It would have saved me from a weeks wait and the drive out to Okotoks. Shameful. The studio was happy to remove my 14 kt gold/ diamond tragus piercing without worrying about damage to it as well as sanitation concerns once I purchased at $ 285 piece from the business. You just weren’t willing to re- insert it for those reasons and because I wasn’t financially able to purchase another piece. It was replaced it because it wasn’t a comfortable piece to sleep on.

I had a great experience with Kendra—she was super professional, efficient, and made me feel totally at ease. I especially appreciated how we took the time to brainstorm placement based on my existing piercings and the shape/size of my ears; it felt really thoughtful. The jewelry selection was amazing, with so many beautiful options to choose from. I left feeling confident and really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
