I have had the best experience here at Heights Laser. Kem & Adele have been so sweet booking & rebooking my appointments that I feel at ease as soon as I step into this beautiful and professional space. I stopped getting Botox for a few years because I always felt a bit nervous with needles & the whole process. Here however, it has been sooooo professional and the attention to detail is amazing. The small ice packs and deep breathing instructions really work wonders on my nerves for receiving Botox, and I’ve never had such wonderful results ever. I appreciate Dr Jaffer’s gentle approach as he tailors the treatment to exactly what I want (not frozen entirely, small movement but otherwise no room to worsen my static wrinkles). His recommendation for an eyebrow lift w Botox have been a game changer as someone who wears eyeliner daily. The before and after photos and words of affirmation are also a wonderful addition. You can tell this practice and team are cohesive and care about delivering exceptional care. The results speak for themselves and I am excited for my next appointment, as my makeup sits better on my skin, my skin feels/looks fresher and I’m able to feel confident as I continue to age and work shift work. I have visited for both Botox and a skin treatment, and every single experience has been exceptional. The doctor on staff is truly fantastic. I am very sensitive to pain, and they consistently work with me by guiding my breathing and moving with such speed and precision that the treatments are over before I know it. What stands out just as much is the team. The staff on site are incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely understanding. As someone who is naturally introverted and honestly quite nervous about these types of appointments, I always feel completely at ease when I walk in. Their knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner make it clear that you are in very capable hands. I genuinely look forward to my visits, which is something I never thought I would say about cosmetic treatments. Highly recommend.

Dr Kherani is an excellent and caring surgeon with a discerning eye for precision and extreme detail. She performed my eye surgery in Dec/25 and I am beyond pleased with the results. I form thick scars easily, and she used a suture material that was less likely to cause excessive scarring even though the suture material was more difficult for her to work with. Post operative instructions were clear and postoperative care was 100% as well with her kind staff reaching out to check on me multiple times even though it was through the Christmas season. I wish I could give her 10 stars!! First class experience!

I had an amazing experience at Heights Laser Clinic! I got the RF microneedling and the results already look incredible. Dr. Jaffer is truly skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The entire team was so warm and welcoming, especially Kemlyn at the front desk, who was so kind and helpful!! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional care and beautiful results!

I am so happy I listened to the rumors of Dr. Kherani being the best at what she does. From start to finish I had such an informed, warm and comfortable feeling. The front desk staff is wonderful and Dr. Kherani is amazing. Im post op day 5 only of my upper bleph and loving the results. Beautiful work! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes.
