24 hour gym. Not suitable for training Strongman events as they do not have the correct implements but a lot of multiple machines for general lifters, bodybuilders and fighters. The boxing ring has never been in use while I am there so might be good for those looking for sparring time.

I’d describe Heavy Metal as a community of people committed to improving themselves physically. I joined Heavy Metal Gym in the winter of 2022, and my only regret is not joining sooner. **Pros:** - They’re open 24/7. - The equipment is top-notch. - No judgement whatsoever. - Austin and the rest of the management team are incredibly skilled and always ready to help. They’re open to feedback and communicate constructively. **Cons:** - The weights are seriously heavy—prepare yourself! 😅
