I've been coming for a few months now to get facials with Kelin. I'm partial to the eminence facial because I love Eminence products. Everything from the products to the atmosphere, music, and blankets/towels are cozy, relaxing, and contribute to a wonderful experience. I also love how my skin looks after the treatments, especially as someone who still gets acne at age 36.

I’ve been to Heaven on the Rock a few times now for the Eminence Signature Facial. It is always a deeply relaxing experience. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and customize the treatment to best suit my skin type. I highly recommend checking out this spa for your next facial or other treatment!

My visit to Heaven Spa on the Rock still feels like something I’m carrying with me—in the softest, glowiest way. I went in for their energy clearing facial with Lizzie, and calling it a “facial” feels almost laughably small compared to what actually happened. It was this luxurious, soul-soaked journey that unfolded slowly and intentionally, and I swear it shifted something in me. Lizzie welcomed me with this radiant excitement, like she was genuinely honored to care for me, and that alone already softened me before anything even began. Then came the crystals, the cards, the smudging—the sense of dropping into something deeper than a treatment room. It felt like she connected with the part of me that exists underneath everything else, and that kind of attention is rare. By the time we moved into the hands-on portion, I was floating, totally surrendered, trusting her completely. The way she works… it’s her heart, her soul, her energy—woven right into every movement. I walked out glowing in a way that wasn’t just about my skin, though my skin was incredible. It was my whole being. I honestly don’t think I can ever go back to a regular facial anywhere else after experiencing something this profound. If you're even *considering* visiting, or if you want to gift someone something that feels like true care, this is it. Lizzie’s services are absolutely 12 out of 10. I had the best experience, and I’m already dreaming about going back.

Always an absolutely exceptional experience! You’re never just going in for “just a facial” as it turns into something far beyond any ‘spa’ treatment... From the moment you arrive, the environment is always calm, welcoming, FUN and deeply relaxing — the kind of place where you can actually let your nervous system settle. The facials are incredible, the head and face massage take it to another level. It’s not only relaxing on the surface — there was a real sense of internal relief and rejuvenation that stays with you long after. The care, presence, and skill are truly special. From the ease of photo rejuvenation to the crystal healing treatment, and everything in between…a MUST try!! I always walk out feeling not just glowing on the outside, but restored on the inside as well. I love all the staff, and owners… all professional and engaging and respectful and and and and… I could go on!! Any treatment and time here genuinely resets you — this is the place!! And the new sauna is amazing!!!! Will be back!!!!

THE best SPA in victoria, hands down. Service quality, and results have all blown me away!!! If you are looking for medical spa treatments, no one else compares. In 1 session (hydrafacial) I walked out looking 10 years younger. They offer wayyyy more than skin care- body, mind and soul revival. A local small business owned by superhumans that put people before profit. Skilled technicians, lasting results and the price point is still the better than any other franchised option for life changing services.
