Poor company with poor drivers, driving like they don't have a drivers license, going wild on circle south this evening in their company vehicle

This morning I witnessed an altercation with one of the employees he had went to my neighbor's door and Pounded on it and when my neighbor opened the door the plumber was yelling at my neighbor his wife called me scared, I could hear him knocking through my own door. Furthermore when my neighbor called the company they laughed like it was funny in no way should you ever behave like that. This company is a joke don't use them if you don't fear for your safety.

Ryan and Martin are awesome! They always get the job done in timely manner. we appreciate them coming to personally thanks us for the business! great customer service and value! It's been a year since I wrote this review and I need to add that Martin helped tenants move furniture while he was waiting for access to a suite!! Amazing customer service.

We have used Heat-Rite for different properties - both furnace and air conditioning issues. I am always happy with the service and the work done. They try to only do the work that's necessary and I trust their recommendations for what needs to be repaired.

Heat Rite is fantastic. When I called them to look at my furnace 4 years ago, the Heat Exchange was gone - however they investigated and it was still on warranty - so bottom line I didn't need to buy a new furnace. A year ago, a competitor was trying to sell my mom a new furnace for $10,000 - I sent Heat-Rite over to my mom's and she only paid $4-5K. They have always been extremely courteous, cordial and treated me with the utmost respect. This week, the pressure switch broke on my furnace - I didn't discover until I got home at night and SaskEnergy got the furnace going again and advised me the switch needed to be replaced. I called Heat-Rite that night - and they were at my house the next morning. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Heat Rite. Merry Christmas Heat Rite!
