It was really nice seeing Dr. Jody McMurray last Monday. She did the vaccination for Tootsie and everything went really smooth. Gillian was helping her and she was super nice and gentle with my dog. They explained everything clearly and made Tootsie feel safe the whole time. Thank you for the great care. I really appreciate it.

When I went there My cat had anal leakage. I told them I was on a tight budget. The staff did NOT ask how everything went afterwards. They did not confirm my name when I walked up to the counter to pay. I was given a number. The staff didn't even take her eyes off the screen or look at me. NO compassion whatsoever. I had to go to another vet a few days later because my cat still had a vulva infection. I paid $129 to Heartland and I still have a sick cat. And when I called to see if I could get even half my money back... The manager was refusing and defensive. You knew the price ma'am That is all I got from her. They missed an infection. I would never trust these people with my animal. If humans cannot get compassion from the front desk staff how are animals going to be received? I am beyond upset. Compared to the vet I just went to they were thorough, they were kind, they advised me on different methods of food control, toys play time and exercise. They gave me the time I needed and I heard exactly what I needed to care for my cat. I did not receive that warmth at Heartland vet.

We had our first visit and absolutely loved it! The team was so kind, caring, and made both Louie and I feel comfortable right away. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Looking forward to coming back! Thank you for everything you do!

I’ve been with Heartland Vet for over 14 years and they’ve always done right by me and my babies. I recently had to say goodbye to my childhood dog, Shin and they helped make such a difficult time easier. Dr. Gheorghe and his team are incredibly compassionate and will always work with you to help give your pets nothing but the best! They have my full trust with my babies and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I send everyone I know to Heartland! I am confident their pets will receive top tier, very thorough care. I feel heard and valued as a client. My cats feel safe and respected as patients. It’s so clean, the support staff and veterinarians (especially Dr. Jody) are all amazing and so dedicated. I drive 80km round trip for all my appointments as I won’t go anywhere else!
