I’ve never really had a go-to hairstylist before, but after reading all the amazing reviews about Madeline, I decided to book with her and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly welcoming, so attentive, and always checked in with me to make sure everything felt right and comfortable. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, and she took the time to explain how it would suit me. She even gave thoughtful suggestions about adding layers or trying a certain length first before going shorter. I could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right for me. In my 30+ years, I can confidently say this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling so confident and light — I’ve honestly never loved my hair more. I even got a compliment immediately when I stopped by the café next door, and my husband has been complimenting me all day! Thank you so much, Madeline. I’m so happy to finally have found a stylist I trust and want to keep seeing. You are so skillful, so caring, and truly talented at what you do! -Rozanne

I have been coming here for a couple of years and I can't believe I haven't posted a review. I see Kianna for haircuts and she is wonderful, always makes me feel heard and is super easy going. I am always happy with my haircuts. The receptionist is suuuuper nice and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. It's always a very nice visit.

It's the best haircut and colour I've had in the 20 years of going to salons. I had a brilliant first experience, and it began with a warm welcome from the team, and Kianna giving an in-depth explanation of her suggestions (based on the photos I provided), what was possible, and the reasoning behind her recommendations, along with what and how she planned to achieve them. The result was better than what I had been able to ask her for. I can't recommend Kianna and Heartbreaker Salon highly enough; not only for the quality of service, but for the welcoming environment and level of care in general.

I was lucky enough to see Dee for my colour correction! She had her work cut out for her - I had natural, semi permanent and permanent box colour all over and a desire to lighten into blonde. She spent a good amount of time asking me for my hope, what my budget was and realistically what she could hope to achieve while making sure my hair stayed healthy. She knocked it out of the park and all I’ve heard over the last few days is how natural it looks!
