Was very attentive. Should compassion and empathy for my injury. Was willing to allow me to email him with concerns at any time having somebody that is truly concerned and not just trying to push you through a medical system. It’s very rare and I’m much appreciated his time looking forward to seeing him again in about two weeks. .

Cannot thank the people at HealthOne for getting my daughter in so quickly for her thermoplastic mold, especially being 2 days before Christmas when referral was sent over. Friendly front desk staff and very informative. They gave me every detail that I needed, as well as full cost and medical coverage over the phone. Sounded almost to good to be true but come the appointment date on the 26th, every was as upfront as discussed, including the price. Dr. Cameron Van Oort was fabulous. Professional, quick, gentle and a great listener... with a great personality to boot. Answered all of our questions and said to call or email anytime with any questions. Which we did, and as promised, Cameron responded very quickly. Highly recommend HealthOne 😎👍

The staff at healthOne Physiotherapy & Hand Clinic are professional and personable. The person I went to see for my wrist pain, Shveta Chauhan, is very knowledgeable, and I feel confident in continuing my recovery process under her care. The receptionist made the booking and payment process for my next appointment smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing physiotherapy, especially for hand/wrist/arm injuries.
