Had terrible experience with one the stylist. We went there to get a haircut for my daughter. The gentleman who cut it didn't understand us. He didn't wash her her nor put any live in conditioner. I told him she wants to cut the length for an inch. He didnt understand us and just gave her a trim. They charged us 63 for just a trim. Never going back there.

My hair dresser Atousa was very rude i told her not to cut a lot because I want my hair still to be long. She cut soooo much she is not professional AT ALL i am very sad with the results even after she blow dried my hair she straightened it so bad I told hair can u please do it from the scalp she said no because her other client is coming soon she was sooo rude and she didn’t even try to do my hair like the inspo I showed her and before booked my appointment I asked how much will it be the front desk said $35-$41 and I kept asking are u sure she said yes so when I got my hair done I went to pay even though I was very upset with the results she told me it was $63 and I was soooo surprised and the embarrassed me so I had to pay well overall I hated this experience and I will never ever come again and you should’ve T either!!!

I do not recommend Heads Up Salon at all. The salon is extremely overrated, and the service does not match the high prices at all. I paid $63 for my daughter’s haircut, which is far too much for the very normal and disappointing result we received. The stylist Atousa, who kept calling herself a “professional,” was rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. From the beginning, I clearly asked her not to cut my daughter’s hair short and to make it layered only, besides that we show her a photo for what we needs. The final result was nothing more than a basic trim with little bit layers—it looked unfinished and careless. She did not even ask if we were satisfied with the result. When my daughter politely asked her to straighten the bangs, she refused, saying that her time was finished. Very poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, and definitely not worth the money—especially when dealing with a child.

I needed my colour touched up and was able to book in with Alyssa within a week of when I wanted. She did a fantastic job at colour correcting my hair, brightening it up, and most importantly listening to what I wanted to do! Her prices were extremely reasonable as she is a newer stylist, so if you’re on a budget I would highly recommend you check her out. She has the calmest, friendliest personality and doesn’t force small talk if you don’t want it (which the introverted extrovert side of me loves). Super happy with my hair colour and cut, will definitely be back!

After 1 year I came back today to this salon and met the adorable hairdresser Slava! She was great, super friendly and professional. I love my hair cut! Will come back soon!♥️ 1st review 12/21: I tried this salon today for the first time after my friend highly recommended them and I am very satisfied with the services provided!I got a haircut with Lynn and I just loved it! She is an amazing, friendly professional who knows what she is doing! She not only cut my hair but also curled it, which I loved! I loved the personalized service! The salon is very clean, organized, great location and affordable price! I will come back for sure! I highly recommend them!
