You are humble, kind, and confident in your trade. I appreciate your knowledge and cut you gave me I went from bland to badass and truly loving my hair. Me and my daughter both had our haircut by Ren and she is amazing. Ren listens to what you want and works with you. I have struggled to find a hairdresser for 3yrs who can actually give me the cut I want and Ren sure was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for long face framing layers Ren is your person. Overall experience excellent customer service from start to end with all the staff very warm and friendly. Bonnie is great always very warm and welcoming and explains everything. Natalia was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back and already booked to see Ren again. I have also had a massage from Jacky, who is also super amazing and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage she is your person. Jacky works on what you want keeping your comfort in mind at all times. 10 out of 10 for this place and the services we have had so far❤️.

I treated myself and my fiancé the “Fall in Love” hair treatment! While I’ve not had a Japanese Head Massage before to compare this to, I’ll share my thoughts! Think of this experience as your hairdresser washing your hair on steroids! They had a one day special with a 2-for-1 so what did I have to lose?!? Well I certainly wasn’t disappointed, nor was my fiancé who regularly enjoys massages like me, but never one dedicated to the head! Everything was immaculate and offered privacy and solitude in what once was the local Butcher Shoppe location. Albeit this is a new location open for 4 months, their space isn’t crowded and clearly screams “reeeeelax”! On the day we went, it was Halloween for businesses so you could hear handful of kids coming in from our darkened couples room. But good for them for being a part of the community and it wasn’t constant for the 1.5 hour treatment. I won’t ruin what to expect for the Japanese Head Spa treatment, I’ll let you experience yourself! Just be prepared to be blown away! Oh - and you can use your employer benefits for a massage treatment and I’d recommend asking for a pillow for under your lower back or under your knees. I didn’t ask so I don’t know they have pillows (a rolled towel might work too), but for those with bad backs or laying supine for 1.5 hours, this may help! I’ll be completely honest (as an unsolicited review should) - I didn’t love the fragrances of the facial or hair products. They sort of had a dishwashing detergent smell. I’d have loved a lavender scent for relaxing, vibrant citrus for refreshing, eucalyptus for clearing, etc. That’s no disrespect to their service - just my preference. Head 2 Toe is new in Airdrie, but has served for 5 years at a Calgary location. Seems they do private parties and have lots of services to choose from! I’ll be back FOR SURE and will try the massage, acupuncture (I go elsewhere for this now) and a pedicure in the future! * I was not paid by or received any benefit from the provider reviewed, nor did they know I was doing a review at any time.

Came here for a French tip pedicure. Was not a good experience. I called ahead asking if they could do it and they said absolutely. The people are kind and polite but the service is not worth the money. It looked like bubble gum was stuck to my toes and it was extremely thick. I kept telling the lady I didn’t like my toes and the colour wasn’t right. The shape wasn’t right. They had 2 techs switch because the First Lady wasn’t able to draw the lines straight. Which I appreciated. I waited 20 minutes in the chair for the other tech and was there for 2.5 hours. They also cut my pinky toe so short that it hurt after. I paid for my service and immediately booked at a different salon to have them fixed. I had to pay to have all my nails built back up because they had cut them so strange and ruined the shape. I had asked for square….. First photo is what they did. Second photo is me having them fixed at a different salon. The ladies could see I was not happy with the service: I had asked for thinner lines and they just kept telling me “your big toe will be thicker”.

Had the best haircut and color! Ren was so good at figuring out a cut that suits me. Jackie gives the besssstttt hair wash, I was almost asleep I was so relaxed! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Will be back!
