I had a really lovely experience with Georgia. She was very attentive and kind and took the time to listen about the desired colour after expressing, not wanting it to fade to reddish hues. I love the color. The long layer cut she gave me is amazing and added volume and bounce and shape to my curly hair. She is a kind, genuine person and so glad I met her! Thank you so much, Georgia. I look forward to seeing you again in future.

Love Arianna at Headwaze! She is not only talented, but she is such a kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic hair stylist. She is also a total sweetheart 😊 Arianna is also super great at making her clients feel comfortable AND understood, which is really important when it comes to hair. So glad I found Arianna 👏🏻✨️

Racheal did my first ever extensions and literally can’t recommend enough shes so sweet, genuine and makes sure everything is perfect! love her so much! Brooke did my balayage and omg she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect and I am absolutely in love. She talked me through it making sure I was okay with everything! Absolutely could not recommend enough. I love all the girls here and couldn’t ask for a better supportive salon!

I visited Head Waze for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Carly did an incredible job on my blowout and all the staff seemed very lovely. My hair is naturally coarse and thick, but she managed to give me such smooth and glossy hair. Walked out the salon incredibly happy. Carly is such a total pro! I’ll definitely be back.

I struggled with whether or not to leave a review after my most recent experience as I've had some great services here from Rachel and their nail tech Jorja is amazing, but my last service here left a lot to be desired especially considering the price. I had a lot of damage done to my hair and I felt like she kind of tried to hide that a bunch of it broke off by adding in some layers, but I had requested a french bob and all my hair had been to my chin but the breakage left it much shorter, so now I've kind of got a very dated looking hairstyle. My bangs are very uneven with odd length pieces all over the place. I saw another reviewer here who also had botched bangs by the same stylist (Arianna). She's a very sweet gal but I think some more practice cutting bangs is needed! The placement of the highlights was actually pretty good, and I know breakage happens, but I wish she told me there was breakage so I could've opted for a much different hairstyle!! I would not have gotten bangs and would've just gone back to having a shorter cut rather than this very odd looking style that doesn't make any sense. And I know that she knows it was bad because she took a before pic and not an after pic lol... Overall I'm disappointed because I liked this salon and everyone there is quite nice, but this cost me $450* 😭 In response to the owner: My hair was stretchy and snapping off when I touched it... It still breaks off when I brush it and shower. I've had to spend an additional $100 on k18 treatment. It was $360, and yes, I still tipped 20% even though I wasn't happy because I don't believe someone should lose their expected income, but at the same time I think customers should know what they're getting into if they ask for bangs from this stylist because this is now multiple clients with this experience. It's taken me a year to grow my hair out... It's honestly super depressing.
