Thank you to Serena, my great hairdresser! I’ve asked for a trim, layers, and the back not to be so V-shaped. It’s very affordable and stylish to cut my hair for 35 dollars. She did a great work, especially with my thick hair texture and we had a fun time chatting along with other hairdressers! I’ve always come here since 10 years ago and it never fails me :)

Serena is amazing. She cut my hair 2 weeks ago and i have long hair being a men. She gave my hair layers and volume. I am so happy with my haircut and serena is great person to have conversation with too.

WORST GIRL HAIR CUT EVER! This was my third visit to HC Haircut salon. The first two times were good, but this time, it was my worst haircut experience ever! A middle-aged woman cut my hair, and it was terrible. I asked for French style, which previous stylists took great care to execute, but this woman just snipped a few times and called it done. As a result, the bangs were asymmetrical, not even close to French style, and she cut one side way too short! I'll need some time to grow it out before going elsewhere for a fix. When I pointed out that it wasn't French bangs, she kept insisting it was because my hair was sticky and my hair has lice! It's absurd! In all my time getting haircuts in Vancouver, this was the first time I've been so poorly treated. I'm really upset; she only focused on the problems with my hair! Not her technique! You should consider training stylists on improving both their technical skills and customer service attitude. They need to reflect on their own abilities more! This experience was disgusting.

Efficient and professional, we love the new hairstyle Iris did for my kid. Iris is extremely nice and patient to kids. Booked online, and get the haircut done in half hour, kid costs same as adult for $25.
