I hobbled into Hayer Health on Marine and after just one hour long session with Michael Lee, he lower back started to feel a little bit better. Throughout the week I committed to the exercises Michael gave me, and by the next week when I came for my follow up session, I had significantly more mobility. Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Great space to come to get help, friendly staff. Can't recommend Michael and Hayer Health enough!

I injured my hand in a car accident last December, and my mobility wasn’t improving even after seeing other physiotherapists elsewhere. Since starting kinesiology with Manraj and physiotherapy with Alison, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about my progress. Highly recommend this clinic!

I went to an Ostepath for the first time and am so amazed by the experience! I just felt like telling Chris my whole life story, he is so kind and understanding. Such a unique experience, I would highly recommend an Osteopath over anyone else due to the holistic healing involved. This is a great place because they just have it together, you can't leave unsatisfied!

I have recently completed a series of physiotherapy appointments aimed at strengthening my back and my core with Michael Lee. He is without a doubt the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and has extraordinary teaching / coaching skills. He also has a keen eye for assessing injuries and recommending rehabilitation strategies. I would definitely recommend Michael and the staff at Hayer Health.

Razzel is an amazing RMT! I always leave feeling so much better. She listens carefully, explains what she’s doing, and really tailors each session to what my body needs. Her technique is effective but still very relaxing, and she’s great at finding the exact problem areas. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend Razzel if you’re looking for a skilled and caring massage therapist!
